It is a very good aircraft and had a lot spent on it to keep it looking and feeling like a low hour aircraft. Those that have flown it or ridden in it will attest to that. I have owned it most of the last 20 years McCombs and Jack Hawkins are familiar with the airplane as is Michael Barr. I am confident they would be happy to give you their opinion of the aircraft condition.
The financial climate being what it is I know I won’t get anywhere near what I have in it so am pricing it accordingly at $85,000.The hangar will also be available when the airplane sells if you need a hangar.
